WECY (CBO) was established to bridge critical gaps in Komarock, Nairobi. Our mandate reaches far beyond physiotherapy — we exist to serve as "a safe haven for every Woman, Teenage Mother, survivor of GBV, Youth, and Person with Disability."
We work across five pillars: health & rehabilitation, GBV support & psychosocial wellness, economic empowerment, education & youth development, and environmental conservation. Because healing is holistic — and dignity is non-negotiable.

Eight principles enshrined in our constitution that govern every programme, every interaction, every decision.
We act with honesty and transparency in everything we do — in our finances, our relationships, and our programmes.
Every beneficiary is treated with the respect and worth they deserve, regardless of background or condition.
We safeguard all personal information with strict confidentiality, especially sensitive medical and GBV records.
We celebrate and respect the diversity of communities we serve, ensuring culturally sensitive and inclusive care.
We lead with empathy. Our programmes are designed by people who understand hardship, for people experiencing hardship.
We are answerable to our beneficiaries, donors, and regulators. Every shilling is tracked and reported.
We believe solutions come from within the community. Residents are partners, not just recipients.
Our programmes are designed to outlast donor funding — building local capacity that endures.
